Where can I ship my order?

Orders can be shipped within the continental U.S., Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam and Hawaii.

Can I ship to a P.O. Box?

Radical Fencing ships to P.O. Boxes

Can I ship to an address outside of the U.S.?

Radical Fencing ships orders to the US, Europe, Japan, South America, Australia and several other countries worldwide.

Can I change the shipping address on my order?

The shipping address cannot be changed on an order after it's placed. Please attempt to cancel your order right way and then place the order again. If you're unable to cancel the order, please contact us by email to address your options.

How long will it take to get my refund back?

Once your package is received and processed the refund will show up after 3-10 business days.

Is there a time limit on returns?

Yes, equipment and/or apparel will need to be returned within 10 business days of receipt.

Do I receive Store Credit or an actual refund?

You will receive a refund back to the original method of payment.

Do I need the packaging returned with the equipment and/or apparel?

Yes, please return the equipment and/or apparel with all original packaging and tags. Items that are returned without original packaging may be accepted and likely are subject to a restocking fee.

If I use the gear can I return it?

We really only commit to accepting unused returns for warranty purposes. If you have a problem with your gear call customer service to learn more about the warranty, and/or what we may do for you if the equipment and/or apparel is used.
